Alternative Feeder Systems

SIPLACE machines work with many feeder systems beyond tape feeders and matrix tray changers:

SIPLACE Vibration Feeder
This option for stick magazines can be easily attached to the component cart.

SIPLACE Bulk Case Module
With this module you can feed bulk components on two tracks. To refill them without having to stop the machine, you simply replace the bulk cases.

SIPLACE Dip Module
For dip-fluxing flip-chips and CSP-stacking (PoP placement), or for wetting flip-chips with isotropic adhesives.

For SIPLACE HF component carts with rotating squeegee.
For SIPLACE X component carts with linear traveling squeegee.
