Gantries, placement heads, conveyor systems – our experienced technicians disassemble and inspect every component and replace it if necessary. When the machine is virtually like new again, it is equipped with the latest software and recalibrated. As a final hurdle, each refurbished machine is subjected to our 4-hour fitness test in which it must place components error-free for four hours – just like a new machine. During this test, our technicians check the machine’s performance, accuracy and reliability down to the last detail. Only machines that have been completely refurbished and tested by our factory technicians get the SIPLACE POE Seal of Quality.
