SIPLACE SpeedStar

Placing at a speed of 30,000 cph, the 20 nozzle SIPLACE SpeedStar placement head is also able to pick up even the smallest 01005 components without slowing down. Its advanced direct drive makes it as robust and maintenance-free as it is speedy and reliable.

SIPLACE TwinStar

The high-precision Pick&Place SIPLACE TwinStar is designed to handle large and heavy modules or exotic odd shaped components that requires special customized grippers. Coupled with SIPLACE Digital Vision System, SIPLACE TwinStar provides the Ultimate End of Line Solution!

Digital SIPLACE Vision System

Even with the extremely high placement speeds, the new digital vision system recognizes each component individually based on its geometry, color and illumination setting. The digital vision system also stores up to 500 pictures of rejected components for future reference.

SIPLACE X-Feeders

SIPLACE X feeder modules are designed for high availability and speed. The feeders are “hot-swappable” thus enabling “on-the-fly” product changeover! In addition, the intelligent SIPLACE X feeders support automatic downloading of feeder’s pitch eliminating any possible operator error.

It takes only seconds to turn the SIPLACE X-Series into a gluing station, because the flexible SIPLACE Glue Feeder can be installed on any SIPLACE X-Series component table. With no significant performance slowdown and minimum space requirements, you can now apply adhesive to components that need to be glued in place.
