SIPLACE OIS:
All important operating data at a glance The SIPLACE OIS (Operator Information System), which comes with every SIPLACE placement machine, shows the operator all important performance data at a glance. Whether production data, machine availability or reject rate – with easy-to-understand graphics the OIS functions as an early-warning system that points out all irregularities.
As soon as configurable thresholds and performance limits are violated, the OIS notifies the operating staff with a visual alarm. It is also able to highlight potential causes and countermeasures. To make sure that everyone understands this information, all screens can be quickly switched to different languages.
Thanks to its client-server architecture, the SIPLACE OIS can be installed not only on the station computers, but on other computers within your company, for example in the service department or in the job preparation department. That way, others have access to machine status information as well.
