SIPLACE Performance Monitoring provides not only detailed information for technicians and process engineers, but keeps the production staff up-to-date via large monitors indicating order progress, target achievement and potential improvements in areas such as throughput times, setup times, placement rates, reject rates and cycle times.
 
With the new SIPLACE Performance Monitoring you can implement the old process optimisation principle of "You can’t improve what you don’t measure" much more easily than before. It collects all relevant performance parameters from machines and lines in real time. Since users can also enter their targets for central key performance indicators (KPIs) into the software, SIPLACE Performance Monitoring also shows the values in easy-to-read charts providing actual-vs.-target comparisons in individual plants, SMT lines or shifts.

The visualisation of progress and performance data with its comparison of actual and target values is not only useful for technicians and engineers. Selected charts can also be displayed on large monitors on the factory floor to provide workers with shift-related data about their own activities as well as improvement suggestions. That way, the staff can monitor variations regarding order progress, throughput times or reject rates, take corrective measures and check their success much earlier than before.
