“Green Placements” with SIPLACE

Compared to the first SIPLACE machines, performance and capability of our placement systems increased dramatically. At the same time, we managed to continuously optimize their efficiency by strictly applying our environmental policy at all levels. Hence, energy consumption per real placement performance was brought down to 30% with our high speed machines. And real performance is the only thing that counts: Both for production output and energy efficiency.

Further improvements not included in the calculation above but already implemented and available include the automated switch-off of pressured air and vacuum pump during idle phases in production. They and other options can lead to additional improvements of up to 30%. In general, SIPLACE systems support all assembly processes that help to keep the environment safe. Of course, they fulfill all requirements to assembly electronics devices according to RoHS regulations without lead based solder.
