To meet the demand for ever smaller surface acoustic wave filters and modules, Munich-based Epcos AG has upgraded its entire SMT progress to handle 01005 components. As a result, the company is able to meet its customer’s rising quality and miniaturization requirements reliably and cost-effectively.
