“My dashboard PCB contains several LEDs. As is always the case with LEDs, the resistors must match the brightness class. How can I make sure that the system always places the right combination of resistors in accordance with each LED’s brightness class?”

SIPLACE Solution

 

With SIPLACE LED Pairing, the SIPLACE experts have created a lean solution for specifying LEDs and their associated resistors in placement programs. Once the LED-resistors combinations have been entered in the form of a simple list, the system automatically selects the right resistors when the LED reels are scanned in SIPLACE Setup Center and enters them in the placement program. That way, neither the programmer nor the operator can make any mistakes.
