SIPLACE Facts is an order and materials management solution that was designed especially for the requirements in electronics production. It seamlessly links the ERP system with the production floor and handles material flows from receiving to line placement as well as returns to the component stock. Stock and consumption data for components and reels as well as their locations in warehouses or on production lines are fully transparent at all times. It also takes storage strategies (FIFO, etc.) and exposure times of MSDs into account.

Employees receive the information they need as well as pick lists and BOMs electronically via PDAs. Component and/or reel IDs are recorded via scanning.
