SIPLACE Solution

 

SIPLACE Auto Recovery comes in handy in areas with frequent power outages or other interruptions. With this utility, the machines continue exactly where they left off when the production restarts. The line does not have to be cleared, and each PCB will be fully populated. In some cases, the machine may request a manual confirmation whether or not a component has already been placed. To make this process as easy as possible, the machine places the component camera over each position
in question and asks the operator to confirm the presence of a component or request a placement.
