Korean companies are probably one of the most active electronics manufacturer group in the world. In view of their importance, SIPLACE recently enhanced the organisation in Korea, with the setting up of its own branch office under ASM Assembly Systems (ASM AS) Singapore. Daesung Kim, the head of ASM AS Korea Branch office speaks of the resolution and what Korean customers can expect from the new organisation under ASM Pacific Technology group.
